Qin's skill explanation

We had to change a bit from what was shown in data to properly convey his skills. This is what is originally parsed. I've added tabs to linked skill for easier reading:

Increase ATK and MAG (120%) for 1 turn to all allies
Magic damage (3x) to all enemies
Increase  for 3 turns to caster while singing
Auto-cast next turn:
    Increase ATK and MAG (160%) for 1 turn to all allies
    Magic damage (3x) to all enemies
    Auto-cast next turn:
        Increase ATK and MAG (200%) for 1 turn to all allies
        Magic damage (3x) to all enemies
    Auto-cast after 2 turns: 
        Increase ATK and MAG (140%) for 4 turns to all allies
        Enable skill for 4 turns for 1 use to all allies: Rushing River Flow
        Increase MAG (200%) for 1 turn to caster

• Skill A is calling Skill B, which calls Skill C and D. In practice, Qin will auto cast the next skill each turn. We've changed the turn wording to "next turn, after 2 turns, and after 3 turns".
• "Increase for 3 turns to caster while singing" is a blank buff that locks Qin into singing. We've changed the wording to "Skip the next 2 turns to caster while singing"
• "Enable skill for 4 turns for 1 use to all allies: Rushing River Flow". If you find other site/resource saying 3 turns they are wrong. Assuming you auto-cast this on turn 4, you and your party will be able to use Rushing River Flow once on either turn 4, 5, 6, or 7.

Step Up

News is late, so here's some data. I've found 4 new step ups in the data: 2 with step 1-5, and 2 with step 1-3. Likely for new CNY, old CNY, and 2 for old awakened units.

Skill changes

Sophia's Southern Cross changed from ST damage to AoE.
