QoL - Reduce normal pulls of 10+1 to increase odds of rainbow in the +1

It has happened several times now where I pull only blue and golds on my 10 1, which besides being a huge disappointment also means I have to now fuse 11 units into dupes. That's annoying and really makes pulling a chore.

I think what could fix this is if we can reduce the number of normal pulls in our 10 1 and add 3% rainbow chance to our gold pull for every normal pull we reduce by. That would give a max of 30% extra if we sacrifice all the normal pulls and for a gold ticket with a 5% rainbow chance, that's 35% max.
