So, here is what she gets:

12x hybrid mod OS frames.

21x hybrid mod finisher (available turn 3, 3 turns cd)

200% atk/mag buff unlock triple cast FOR 3 TURNS.( 7 turns cd, available turn 1)

edit: 50% more atk and mag TDH. 30% atk/mag tdw (Sorry on the confusion, skill descriptions are similar and it is kinda late)

30% atk and mag 30% atk and mag using ice weapon

2x mods for FFB.

Her LB goes to 25x with 94% stop chance (arena drools) triple unlock for 2 turns.

STMR: 25 atk, 25 mag, 50% MAG/ATK TDH.

Edit: Re-reading the entire kit, I think she may have one of the strongest bursts right now by turn 3, following:

Turn 1: w-cast En Garde! (200% buff unlock) FFB (she can use both at the same time, doing at least some damage turn 1).

Turn 2: T-cast FFB or OS skill.

Turn 3: T-cast FFB 21x Finisher.

Edit (again): Lunera -> Double Arrow: w-cast for Gale/Gleaming Arrow and Aureole Ray and new stacking skill (unlocked by CD for 3 turns, available turn 1).

Yet another edit: Not sure if En Garde! will be able to be w-casted. It was appearing in the description of both the w and t-casts, but it was now updated to only "use offensive skills twice/thrice)
