What units have only 50% Charm Resist, if any? (Rinoa STMR discussion)

By some miracle (?) I have gotten Rinoa 4 times without even getting her on her banner. (I guess she really wants me to like her.)

What I find curious about it is that the STMR has this extremely niche 50% Charm Resist I cannot for the life of me figure out who can turn that 50% into a 100%. (Besides having two of these materia???)

I think the STMR is good when it is relevant, but I do wish the elemental resist was a little more spread out. It is pretty strong for just Fire/Ice/Thunder/Wind. Anyway I would like some help figuring out what unit already has 50% charm resist to begin with. That one aspect of it seems really...useless(?) if you're likely to just bring protection regardless.
