Monster 9031 is randomly missing WTF?

I have scan all monster in game. I just miss Nian Beast and and Great Nian Beast since there was a problem with the numering in that event and I didn't re-scan to get them again. But now Randomly I'm missing 9031 (Centaur Knight) and that is obviusly a bug since He was the PRO Level Boss and I got the ELT level boss...
Now thinking about it maybe is because the FF4 Event with Golbez is messing up stuff and I think we got the date of that event already.
