QOL request, since the unit filter screen needs to be updated anyways

With the upcoming 7* units, the unit filter screen will have to be updated to include filtering for 7* units.
5* base units will be more important than ever, so I would love to see a filter for units by their base rarity. This would also has a side benefit of fusing FP units easier as well.
