Looking at the story release from JP, when they received the Chapter 2 part 2 of the second season, they also got the first 3* espers as well. With our release there so far is no mention of 3* espers. Does this mean they are delaying their release, or will we get a late notice or even no notice that they are apart of the story? Can someone familiar with the JP side give a hint if 3* Espers were tied to the main story?

Edit: Nazta says "Nah, it's solely tied to the app update (Chocobo Expeditions), not the story content.

JP has a fixed schedule so you shouldn't expect content to be bundled up the same way on GL. That being said, ETA should be <1 month...?"

So TL/DR It will be coming soon, likely less than a month from now.
