No half energy for story

I double checked and it's definitely supposed to be after maintenance. Bummer.
Edit for in game notification proof that it's supposed to be today: [ Story Mission Special ] 1/2 energy cost for story missions! Event Period Thursday 3/8 (after maintenance) - Wednesday 3/21 (before maintenance)
Edit 2: Half story has moved to the 15th to the 30th.
