LGD is approximately 25% more efficient than Elite. Do note, LGD is significantly harder than Elite. So there is potential that Elite might be more efficient for you if you are struggling. See the table below to determine which mode is best for you.

- People are saying that they've gotten more bonus mobs in LGD than what is currently reflected. If you want the results to be better, submit your runs. However, note that if you're submitting single, exceptionally good runs, you're skewing the results.
EDIT:
Have gotten about 2 times the number of responses since the first time I first posted, and the numbers have been pretty much the same. LGD has consistently been about 22-25% more efficient than ELT.
