I'm not sure if this trial is giving anyone any troubles, but after I cleared it the first time, I wanted to offer a carry with my Veritas of the Light. However, I wasn't sure how useful she would be to people without a copy of her. So instead of using her as a chainer, I was curious if Veritas of the Light could handle this trial as a lone damage dealer/finisher, and to give people some team flexibility, I wanted to see if it could be done with just 3 units. Despite playing hilariously poorly at the end (nice Reflect, champ) and getting awful RNG throughout (Mystea, please just cover someone else), LV still deleted poor Mr. Gingerbread - eating over half of his health with a single use of Saint Buster and skipping merrily over his threshold with ease.

And because I know that not everyone is going to have a Pod 153 or Mystea just lying around, there's actually a much more easily accessible option that covers a whole lot of the utility that you need for this fight. His name is Vaan. Boasting Full Break, innate chaining capabilities, and the ability to give the team Stop resistance as a 3* base, he can easily give you all of the tools that you need to build the Esper meter quickly, keep the team from getting Stopped and/or stomped, and build a chain for Light Veritas to finish.

As for my Lightlord's build, it isn't too demanding. Replacing Ring of Lucii with another Magistral Crest, the only 5* TMR is her own, and most of the build is event gear (for better or worse). If any other Light Veritas owners want to pitch in and offer carries, rest assured that it doesn't take much for her to destroy the Giant Gingerbread Man when you stack her innate killers with Diabolos and Cursed Mouthpiece.
