Gacha TMs used:
Rikku's pouch - Chaos grenade is guaranteed poison, required
Love - for HP and MP, can probably get away with less
Pure White blessing - for HP regen, you can definitely get away with less
Hill Digger - could just be another vengeful wrath
Other requirements:
Safety bit and Genji Shield to block the instakills
Mechanical heart for Cecil
Strategy: Xon uses Chaos grenade and hides at the thresholds. Cecil defends.
