Hello!
I don't remember having seen this QoL suggestion. I've seen many about locking messages so you don't claim them when you click "Claim All".
My idea is simple, allow multiple items selection in the mailbox and change "Claim all" to "Claim selected". We can do something similar when selling items, materials, equipment...
