How many units maxed out?

After playing for 326 days I finally maxed out a unit (Wilhelm)! This entails full TM%, full LB level, and all stats potted out. Granted I could have done this sooner, but I didn't see a need to max out ALL the stats and I only have a few units with full LB.

Anyone want to share which units they have maxed out and when they did so?

Apparently to max out a unit according to the game's definition of it, you just need all stats potted (/u/whh1234). However, if you want the enhancement button grayed out for the unit, you need everything mentioned above.
