Fun with 5* max damage dealer (or should I say 2*?) in Cid/Famfrit trial.
Post Body

So, Famfrit trial is a joke and I want to challenge it with my weak party.

Team: 5* Garnet (enhanced), 2x 4* Edgar, 6* Luka, 6* Snow

Should I say that the DPS is 2* Odin or 5* Garnet? (Imgur album)

Used TMRs: 1x DW (I guess I can remove it since I'm spark chaining anyway), 1x Vestment of Mind (slipped my mind that it's a TMR)

The equipment is a mess since I'm sending some important ones with expedition party.

Total, I did 4 Zantetsuken. 1 to one-shot Cid in first wave, 3 in second wave. The only difficult part is the threshold S-85 Cyclotrone Waterja. Only Snow and Luka survive, sometimes with Garnet. Though, it's not difficult to reset the situation with those two.

Strategy: Snow 100% provoke and counter like he's a normal attacking DW King, Luka buff and heal, Garnet heal and summon, Edgar do Edgar things. For the timing with DW Edgar, as soon as you use Chainsaw with Edgar, use Zantetsuken.

Note: Using this party for any real trial is just a torture. Don't try this at home.

This is just to show the prelude of summoner strength, the ability to have a strong finisher without OP equipment. However, they do need to depend on Esper and/or LB crystal to utilize them. The counter machine, Snow, solves part of the problem.
