Hello all, I've run into a bit of a dilemma and would like some thoughts.
By chance (luck?) I managed to purchase two copies of the Gold Chest of Abundance. That's the one with the 4* summon ticket and the 2500 lapis for $11.99.
How this happened, I don't exactly know. I suppose my first purchase of the chest didn't register with Gumi's servers and didn't appear in my mailbox, so I was able to purchase it again. Later I realized I was charged for both purchases in the app store. At first I contacted customer support and let them know I was double charged. However, instead of refunding me the original purchase, they gave me an extra gold chest.
Since then my efforts at communicating with Gumi's customer service representatives have been less than fruitful. They don't seem to understand the issue and keep asking for pictures (I already sent several). Rather than beat my head against the wall trying to get through to them, should I just accept the outcome?
