CG Sakura is our newest 5* mage in JP, and is Alim's most recent attempt at making mages relevant in the current physical meta.

She's the first mage unit in the game to be able to double cast abilities (limited to skills with 迅), which includes a skill that has an effective modifier of 867% dual castable for 1734%. Not only that, she can also stack her 迅・終の轟雷 (Thunder element) ability (300% 150% per cast) up to 9 times, which maxes out at 1650% dual castable for 3300%. She also comes with her own active -50% Thunder Imperil, and counter (20% chance) -100% Thunder Impreil. Which brings her theoretical damage to a maximum of 6600%.

Holy shit.

Even her stats are really high compared to other relevant mages.

Factoring in her passives, she has one of the highest HP, MP, MAG & SPR stats in the game for mages.

Altema has her listed at 97 as a Magic Damage Dealer... a rating that I disagree with entirely tbh. Along with her insane damage potential, she also brings support skills to the table such as:

AoE 3 Turn 100% MAG buff (Can be Dual Casted) AoE 3 Turn 100% ATK buff (Can be Dual Casted) AoE 90 MP Recovery over 3 turns (Can be Dual Casted) AoE 5 Turns Ailments Immunity buff (Cannot be Dual Casted) AoE 3 Turn 20% Mitigation buff (Cannot be Dual Casted) AoE 3 Turn 50% Thunder/Light/Dark Resists buff (Cannot be Dual Casted)

All of which are good support skills in the right situation.
