Hi! Since somebody find it useful I'm posting it here. I did a little spreedsheet that helps to know how many of what craft to get the right equipment for this event.

First of all, I'm not really savy with Excel or the Google docs options, so it's very simple and could be really improved be people that now they way around, but you are stuck with me for the time beign. Talking about not being really savy, this is my first post on reddit so the format can be a little bit off.

Without further ado the spreedsheet make a copy to use it :)

If you find something odd or maybe a mistake, talk to me, I'll do my best to correct it. If you know a way to improve it, I'll try to do it!

This is version 1.0 I'll probably add a tracker to know how much do you need to finish all the crafting but not today because it's late and this took me a while.
