TL:DR Tell them to stop letting this happen.

Hey, it's me. That guy who does the thing.
So we have a little problem with our current banner. For some reason or another, the rates for our little prince, Le Petit Prince Shera, is higher than it should be.
Here's my google doc (You can always see these in the Megathreads themselves): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fgaGTTDc0brz35Bbc0yqhDWZm8bEj9HM2U0eb6v5xzQ/edit?usp=sharing
Scroll down to Shera's row.
This kind of thing has happened before. Some of you may remember the good old FF9 banners, in which Zidane, one of the more important TMs if not the most (definitely was at the time) had an extremely low summon rate.
One rate was too low, this rate is too high, same issue. One way or another the error is getting in your way of having something you may want. Zidane had an extremely low rate in a banner that should have had him much higher; Shera's boosted rate is taking away from the chances you have from Bartz or Exdeath (Or something more I dunno how their crazy code calculates this since it also has something to do with assigned banner position), and while they ARE still boosted, it's not the same amount it should be and it's breaking the precedent that banners have created.
Last time this happened for the most part the banner just went by with barely anything to say about it. Nothing was done to resolve the issue and tons of people wasted their Lapis chasing something that wasn't really there, and my god a lot of people wanted Zidane and paid for it. Post-catastrophe I'm willing to accept it as a one time mistake, but here we are again with a repeat offense.
This isn't some sorta rally to harass Gumi or it's support, but it's very important to let them know in some form it's not okay to make mistakes like this and even more important to not let it happen after the first time. Tell them you're not comfortable spending money on a game that lets this happen now and then and gives nothing in return as compensation for their mistakes, etc. Something like that.
They'll probably not do anything about it and ignore our small group, but one could hope that maybe they'll pay a little more attention during their maintenance.
(Also submit your survey results. I want to avoid being discredited on account of low sample size as much as possible. It's an important part of how to verify data.)
