Chain Finisher Ranking

Can we get a consensus on who are the best finishers? Consider F2P, and BIS.
EDIT: Assuming you can build chains consistently (2 Edgars, 2 CLunas, 2 Mediuses (sp?), or 2 Chorizos), who can dish out the most damage? Definitely, single hit nukes are the best right, since multihit abilities have the damage spread out.)
I would go:
Greg/Luneth
contention between CArtemios, Randi and Firion pre-enhancement. All have a good selection of Killers, might just be about who can abuse it most.
Xiao? Yun?
