JP: Reminder to set phone to JP Time for 1/2 Quest Energy

Just a reminder for everyone to set their phone / tablet / phablet timezone to JP (or whichever is closer to JP) so the 1/2 Energy consumption for quest would show up. I thought of setting back my time to my real time zone, which is 19 hours away from JP time still makes use of the usual energy consumption for quests.
This should only be affecting you in the duration that your own timezone hasn't reached 2/1 00:01. After that, it should be okay to switch back to your normal timezone.
