[GL] Medius Enchacements

On JP, Medius got enhacements (https://www.reddit.com/r/FFBraveExvius/wiki/units/158)
One thing to notice on JP is that most 5* characters has only two enhacements while most 6* has at last three.
So assuming that they would add a new enhacement, what could it be? Since GUMI developers are bad at design characters ability kits, lets give our ideas of what could be good a 3rd enhacement for Medius.
