There have been a few complaints about how the daily quests require you to collect 200 gears to get the bonus 50 lapis a day. This really does hurt newer players as they have neither the teams to complete the higher level events to get more gears nor the NRG to feasibly farm the lower level events. That said, for those who can complete all of the dailies, the bonus 5 lapis a day isn't unwelcome.

To maintain the benefits for players who can do everything and to mitigate the burden on newer players who can't, why not just change "Complete All Daily Quests" to "Complete 5 Daily Quests"? During an off-season, they mean the same thing, but during these events, it would allow people to budget their time to do what they can more easily (e.g. veterans can forego the "3 Coliseum" daily and newer players aren't expected to do the impossible without solo carry friends).
