Hello everyone, I haven't done this since the Halloween Banner, but I want to tell you some things about this upcoming banner ahead of time that I think is worth having a conversation about.

So as you've probably already noticed, there's no 5* base unit on this banner. That means that the Rainbow Crystals, which usually have a 50% chance of being the featured banner unit, will not have that distribution here. It will be just like in the earlier banners, which sucks because we don't get guaranteed base rules in Global.

Unlike how my rate estimations can be put up for debate there is none when it comes to how unforgiving the Rainbow Crystals can be even with a featured unit in it.

To make matters worse Snow and Vanille will be fighting for the allocated percentage that the 4 Star base usually populates. While Brave Frontier had a near 10% allocation, this banner will have less (around 7-8%) because Sazh, a 3 Star Base, is in this one, making the rates for each similar to BF Collab despite there being less 4 Star Units. It's going to be tough for those who want the Champion's Belt and you're gonna get a LOT of Sazh.

Basically: Rolling in this banner has an extremely low chance of granting you a gamechanger of any kind.

I know you guys always look to u/Srs_Bsns and his breakdowns for guidance on whether to pull in a banner or not, and I'm just some guy who manages the polls, but while you can see the potential of something in a banner and make a decision based on that I believe it's also important to know what your chances are. Consider what I said as well as Srs_Bsns will say this time around for this banner.
