There's no getting around it. Today I've been trying to defeat Maxwell without having to use Cecil (No WoL for me), because I was a fool who thought he could get away with just using Charlotte until his LB grinding was ready. (Because once again, I am a fool, but I committed so I'm gonna finish it)

Destiny WILL kill one of your party members unless you get Cecil to provoke and absorb it for you. I've been trying all day to buy enough time to fufill the mission AND kill Maxwell at the same time but I've come to the conclusion that THAT move is what's keeping me from winning. I can't overcome the catchup game that is presented to me by a party member dying every time we're already in recovery from Maxwell's REPEATING Dispelga/Buff/Party Debuff.

I've got less than a week to get my dupe Cecil from 3* to 6*. I will get over that I will "waste" mats in favor of hopefully getting Maxwell. Honestly, don't know if I can pull it off, but I'm gonna get started because as I am now I cannot do this, and if I don't start now I will definitely regret it later. If you guys are holding out on Awakening your Cecil I recommend you do it; that LB grinding bit me in the ass today when the difficulty spike demanded he be there and he wasn't ready. It's my fault.
