As usual, Global ratings are my own opinions, with Japanese ratings coming from altema.jp:

LENNA:

Rarity: 3* to 5*

Global Party Rating: 9/10

As a healer with Cheer, Lenna is currently the most useful healer in the game for the current melee meta. If you're not running a melee team, Cheer is still a good defensive buff and her limit brust provides a MAG buff. She's effectively a better version of Fina and the only spells she's missing that other healers have are Curaga and Raise.

Japanese Character Rating (altema.jp): 85/100

Global Trust Mastery Rating: Magi Staff - 8/10

Staff - 25 ATK, 12 MAG, 70 SPR - Still the best healer staff in Japan, but how much of an impact a better staff will make on your team is debateable. This weapon is absolutely worth getting, but likely a lower priority than other TMs you currently have access to.

Japanese TM Rating (altema.jp): S Tier

Why would you want Lenna?: Lenna is a very strong healer with Cheer who will easily last you until Refia (or beyond.) Her TM will be useful on any healer you end up with long term, but as she does not yet have a 6* upgrade in Japan, she will not be a permanent member of your team. If you already have a strong healer (Roselia or Garnet) it is up to if she's worth it, but I would recommend grabbing her.

Is she FUTURE-PROOF?: Is she for sure future-proof? No, but the answer is more complicated. She does not currently have a 6* upgrade in Japan, but her 6* sprite has been datamined. They may use it, they may not, but know that best case -- if they do give her a 6* upgrade -- it will be more than six months until she has 6* in Global.

~~~~~~
WARRIOR OF LIGHT:
Rarity: 4* to 5*
Global Party Rating: 9/10
He brings Full Break and okay tanking -- that's enough to make him useful.
Japanese Character Rating (altema.jp): 95/100
Global Trust Mastery Rating: Light's Blessing - 4/10
Ability - Brave/Faith/Regen Auto-Buff (20% ATK/MAG) -- edit (forgot to add this explanation in) does not stack with any other ATK or MAG buffs including Cheer, Focus, Bravery, Faith or the various Limit Bursts that improve those stats.
Japanese TM Rating (altema.jp): Unranked
Why would you want Warrior of Light?: 5* Warrior of Light is an okay tank (in a game where the usefulness of tanks are debateable) but he brings Full Break. If you don't already have Vaan in your party, Full Break is enough to give him a slot on your team not even factoring in his tanking. 6* Warrior of Light is where he really shines (Stronger tanking abilities, AoE debuffs, a stronger FIVE TURN version of Cheer.)
Is he FUTURE-PROOF?: Yes. Warrior of Light has 6* in Japan.
~~~~~~

CHIZURU:

Rarity: 4* to 5*

Global Party Rating: 9/10

Chizuru is the highest damage physical attacker in the game currently -- only held back by her limited weapon options.

Japanese Character Rating (altema.jp): 93/100

Global Trust Mastery Rating: Blade Mastery - 9/10

Increases base ATK by 50% with a Katana equiped. On 5* Chizuru this is equal to 60 ATK, at 6* this will be equal to 77 ATK. That is huge for one ability slot, with the only downside being limited access to very high tier katanas -- Murasame works great for all but TM farmers currently, but longterm outside of Miyuki's TM or the reward from the future Gilgamesh Trial, it's one of the more uncommon weapon types. Even with the limited katana selection, the sheer amount of ATK this offers makes it top tier for a long time to come.

Japanese TM Rating (altema.jp): SS Tier

Why would you want Chizuru?: She's the strongest physical attacker in the game currently -- even if you already have one you probably wouldn't mind a second! Her only downside (as mentioned above in the TM section) is the limited selection of katanas in the game as she can only wield katanas or daggers without sacrificing an ability slot to equip other weapon types (such as with Garland's Equip Greatsword.)

Is she FUTURE-PROOF?: Yes. Chizuru has 6* in Japan.

~~~~~~
CLOUD OF DARKNESS:
Rarity: 3* to 5*
Global Party Rating: 9/10
The second strongest physical attacker currently in global, but with 50% resistance to all elements, and 10% or all status effects, makes her safe and great damage.
Japanese Character Rating (altema.jp): 94/100
Global Trust Mastery Rating: Auto-Limit - 5/10
Increases the Limit Break gauge by 1 per turn -- not super useful.
Japanese TM Rating (altema.jp): A Tier
Why would you want Cloud of Darkness?: CoD has high resistances that make her sturdier than other physical attackers, very high atk, and barrage. Her only downsides are her limited weapon selection (but there's a good mace for her in the current event, or maybe you're working on Locke's TM) and her lack of ability slots at 5*. If you have a slot for a physical attacker, and unless you have several Dual Wield TMs, she will greatly benefit your party.
Is she FUTURE-PROOF?: Yes. Cloud of Darkness has 6* in Japan.
~~~~~~

KEFKA:

Rarity: 3* to 5*

Global Party Rating: 9/10

The best pure damage mage in Global currently.

Japanese Character Rating (altema.jp): 92/100

Global Trust Mastery Rating: Ribbon - 7/10

Accessory - 5 MAG/SPR, 100% All Status resists. Status effects haven't been a huge problem so far in Global. It's good, but probably a lower priority than stronger offensive TMs.

Japanese TM Rating (altema.jp): S Tier

Why would you want Kefka?: If you want a strong mage, Kefka currently is the best we've got on Global. His only downside is his lack of the fire line of spells (and stone, air, and water but those are less common all around) but Hyperdrive more than makes up for it in most situations.

Is he FUTURE-PROOF?: Yes. Kefka has 6* in Japan.

~~~~~~
SHOULD YOU PULL ON THIS BANNER?: Yes. Unless you have most of these character, you already knew you should pull on this banner. This is a great banner if you're newer to the game, or just looking to replace one or two under performing units. With Chizuru and WoL being 4* base, do note that the odds of getting either will not be high, so factor that into how hard you're willing to go in on it.
