So, as the formula suggest, stacking def isn't good, to make a really good tank ,you'd need an average DEF/SPR and a huge HP pull.
Or, since we have no hard content as of now on GL just stack a certain amount of DEF, and then go full damage.
For the formula:
Damage = (Unit ATK2 / Enemy DEF) * Killer Effects * Skill Modifier * Level Correction
For my calculation, I use EnnemyATK=300 and all the other variable = 1
