For the Gacha Rates

Would it be better than having an open survey in instead have 5-10 people who re-roll 20 account each say 1000 summons total and base the rates off that? then we wouldn't have the skewed polls of people only reporting when they got a zidane or a higher end unit? i know it would be easy to do with a few people running nox I wouldn't mind helping out if needed as well.
