So i want to optimize my teams but still have some questions:

• What is the "holy" spells (Bansih, Shaning Wave, etc) based on? MAG or SPR? i think they are MAG based but get confused as a player of FFRK where they are mind based (equivalent to SPR here)

• What is the damage calculation formula for hybrid abilities? so as i can put it in a spreadsheet to know if its better to use an ability or another one.

• What is the percentage of aditional damage when hitting a weakness? either elemental or enemy type.

• And finally i heard that the "killer" abilities stack, so how do they stack? additive or multiplicative or whatever else method.
