Ability to rearrange skills to your liking..

Just a suggestion...

I know its not much and some people can actually ignore having to do this but... Rearranging skills when in a battle is a Godsend to me. 'Put the most used skills on top so that its easier to access with one swipe'. I know its lazy and one or two more swipes wont make a difference, still its a good option to have.

Also i have obsessive compulsiveness. And i cant tolerate magic spells that are scattered all over my skill selection.. Fire, fira, then firaga. Thats the arrangement i want.
