Saw a bunch of people asking about this, and I mostly kept track of the better stuff, here's a short guide to where to farm some:

Sacred Crystals: INT Material Vortex remains the best, but if you want to just get some on the side while doing other stuff, here's some spots:

• Deserted Highroad SW Boss - Chocobo Eater
• Trust Bonuses (only as extra drops from these spots):
• Lanzelt Lowlands - Cliffs , Lechios Hills - S and Scamps Alley, Wolfsfang Peak Explore

Best to take along FP units you've maxxed out Trust on and 1 of your strongest characters as these areas are very easy so you don't need your whole main team (well aside from the explore which can be a bit annoying to slow down with weaker units)

• Haven's Ash, Dragon hearts, and God Reliquary: These are really common on the new island, but if you want to focus: Phantom Forest explore.
• Talmonite of Life: Zedehl Westersands explore

• Holy Crystal: Shiva Trial, Golem Trial (15 energy versions)

• Screamroot: Lechios Hills Scamps alley: Trust bonus only (Only other known spot for these is ANY explorer, sub 1% chance to encounter a minituar which can drop these and star quartz)

• Some others added some other screamroot Trust bonus drops you can see in the comments below. I think it's safe to say any 8 NRG area on island 2 can probably generate them, but since scamps alley is easy and fast it's probably one of the best spots if that's specifically what you're after. (And it also is necessary to grind for 1 quest) Island 3 seems to have no trust bonuses at all oddly.
