The scrolling banner.. cool at first, but can i hide it?

The scrolling banner has a huge cpu hit on chrome for some reason - more so then running this game in AndyOS even. I run ublock origin, and oddly it cant detect the code causing it, so cant easily block it with the element hider tool. Anyone figure out a filter to block it?
