About transferring data to another device

Hello everyone. I realized that my phone could take FFBE (I'm playing on Bluestacks) so I was wondering how can you transfer data step by step. Another question on top of that is can I still use bluestacks to resume my game or does all the data was "cut and paste" (and not copy and paste) from bluestacks? Thanks for your answers!
