Automod Reddit has deleted this six times running, so I think this is the last Maintenance post I'm making post with links in it. I'll try putting the content in replies.

Too many possible false positives imo.
A lot of user tend to ignore bot messages and won't appeal.

That wasn't automod, there's nothing about the content of his post nor the title that falls into rules that the subreddit has setup. The automod will also always have a message posted with its actions (and a log on our side).
Reddit's spam filter on the other hand... Reddit wide, no logs, no messages to the user. Especially iffy with link shorteners and non-imgur image hosting websites.
