Thoughts on Kaito's VC?

I'm lukewarm on Kaito, but honestly just thinking about pulling for his VC. 500 ATK~~/MAG~~ (whoops, it's just 500 ATK) to any FFBE unit? Reberta sure would love that in BS form, as would my EX 2 Taivas, and potentially other future units as well (especially premiums who need to get EX 3 before you get their power-card).
