By my math, it increases Sephiroth/Tifa’s damage by a whopping 8%, and that’s assuming you have the empty space to slot it… granted with the CoW gear it’s more likely you’ll have that space, especially if killers align, but if not, even a 50% killer on a dual-race gets a slightly better bump (minimum of ~9% if maxing the second killer to 300%).

The value of it will increase the lower the LB modifier (so for instance Doma Cyan sees a 10% increase instead of 8%), but that just demonstrates the stark reality that as the power curve increases the value of the STMR quickly diminishes.

I pulled anyway, mostly out of FOMO :-P
