Not buying these Item World rates

Used all my refills chasing dagger rares, well over 300, plus every orb since last maintenance, easily another 180. I know RNG is gonna RNG, but according to the rates posted on the wiki the odds of me not hitting a single rare in all those orbs is around 0.03%. I call BS, I think they’ve lowered the rates, at least for these dagger rares. I might just be wrong and unlucky, but I prefer to think of it as I have a 99.97% chance of being right.
