So the ephiphany was to get Edel use 2-handed weapon and transfering Cross Aigaion Arm setup from Rain to Edel as much as I can.
Then second is to actually equip Regina as finisher. It can cover the damage loss from Rain transfering gear to Edel
I scored 2.1b before I decided to pop Irvine STMR to switch Machine Killer materia on Edel. Then I had probably 5~7 attempt until capped damage popped.
So yeah, all capped in this DV. But at what cost?

- 4x 10 1 pull on Sakura/Lucius banner (16k lapis)
- 8 UoC for Kuja
- 2 Omniprism for GLS EX 2

RIP resources. 0 Omni, 11 STMR tickets, 9.7k lapis atm.
Can it be done cheaper? Maybe... if I lucked out Zyrus STMR and enhance it, I probably don't need to pop Irvine's STMR.
My take is that if I cap everything, at least I got my 1 STMR Moogle investment back
