I like to compete in DV so I want an Elly for her LB burst.

I try to have a good balance of units so that I can gear each one effectively. For physical I use a jumper (Cid), an LB damager (ACCloud) and plain attacker (Edel, didn't get Noel). This means that I can gear Cid in his restricted equipment, Cloud with his LB gear and Edel in trial weapon with killers.

For magic, Elly fits the mold for LB gear and so I can use some killers on other units.

Now to the title. I did some builds on Lyrgard's temporary server and her STMR comes out lower than her TMR build because of her LB reliance (and LB equipment being materia).

I try to provide element resistance by buffs for all non preemptive stages so her base stats are enough.

What does everyone else think? Am I missing a scenario where it would be better?
