...to tell me to keep the duplicated units I've got due to some bug with the steel castle.

I posted on this sub around end of June, explaining that 4/5 of my item world units (no love for HT Lid) got cloned, so I contacted support to understand what to do. I received the standard answer "we've communicated your issue to the team bla bla bla" and then nothing for an entire month, till today when they told me to keep my units (really? Took them 1 month to get to this conclusion?). Well, Yay. 3 free STMR.

This is probably some sort of karma repaying for my bad luck since all the free pulls during this anniversary got me only blues and golds (5% rainbow rate... it's a lie)
