Step up banner tickets went from 30% to 20%, weird

I'm not even mad, i'm just confused. Why reduce it if it's just going to make players unhappy? Was that extra 10% really that big of a deal for the 27k-30k entrance cost just to get the 4^th ticket?

The Akstar banner blindsided us as a (most likely) upgraded and better banner, especially since the original step up was left untouched. Then the early Sephiroth enhancements were great news. It was a lot of good news, but it seems like without fail they always add at least one negative thing to leave a sour taste in our mouths.

What a baffling decision.
