Is Anyone Else Loving Physalis And Kinda Wanting To Pull For Her In The Future?
Post Body

I mean just look at her. Lookin' like some Valkyria Chronicles soldier. I just finally started doing the story again since we have the half NRG event going on and I was pretty far back, before she popped up (idk when she did) but I'm loving her character. I was curious if she ever became a unit since no one ever talks about her and lo and behold she is!

From looking at her kit, I was confused as fuck, so I started to decypher it and realized she's a combination of Regina and a normal AT chainer with optional ice element!

She takes a setup turn but her T2 is a huge finisher similar to Regina. Problem is, her set up cooldown is 10 turns, so after that she relies on the rest of her kit. The cool thing though is that her LB is like Regina's in the sense that it's a huge multiplier chaining skill, but it has twice the amount of hits and it's heavily backloaded so it might outdamage Regina's LB, and it also adds modifiers to some of her other skills (including one of her two AT skills).

It seems like, luckily, the rest of her kit is set up to be a competent chainer for the rest of the turns. She can even AoE imbue your party for ice if you want for a turn. Her chaining skills seems to work in tandem with her other skills by getting increased modifiers as well as do things like breaks (60-70% DEF), imperils (80 or 120% ice), buff (200% ATK for 10 turns or 250% ATK, both on her) and so on. One of her chaining AT skills is even AoE.

Also, she's a TDW unit so her modifiers go up to 6x instead of 4x so her LB and normal chaining skills will be stronger than it looks on paper.

Also, her cooldown to finish gives her 999 MP so you don't even need to worry about MP issues before her finishing turns if you plan on a long fight or decide not to use it immediately.

All in all, she seems like a TDW finisher like Regina with comparable damage (both finishing turns being around 6000%) but can also do other things such as chain AT, imbue/imperil/break, and so on!

The more I looked at her kit the more I realized I'm likely going to skip Regina and pull for her since she came out 3 months after Regina right around CG Barts for those sweet, sweet TDW TMRs. Although both her and Regina are on 11k step ups so I might end up trying to snag a 7* of both anyways. Also, I have a 7* Khloud and he came out around the same time as Physalis so he'd be a powered up finisher/chainer around then so I likely wouldn't even need Physalis... but I want her lol

Anyone else interested in the unit or like the character?
