Why do I feel like I’ve become a meme?

UPDATE 10/31: The JP 8th Anniversary story has officially concluded, confirming that Luka is not receiving a new unit or NVA despite the significant role she plays in the event.
I still haven’t decided on my 3rd pick, let me hear your case on who else I should vote for. Thanks!
