Paweł Sasko never told us if this mistery is solvable right now, even when asked straight about it. In my opinion this code will be teasing a new DLC (full story like Blood and Wine from Wither 3 or single quest DLC) and there we will find the answer. There are two reasons why I think so.

It is supossed to be hidden in plain sight. All we have is hex code, statue and monks with unique rings, that we know nothing about. (or these rings is what we must search for). So I think it's not finished yet

First post I found about FF:06:B5 was from October 2020. I think they were too focused patching the game back then, not adding content about Magenta Mistery. Now Cyberpunk is pretty much playable, so they can add more about it. Therefore we must just wait.

But I really, really hope FF:06:B5 isn't all about Unix Timestamp and annouces big DLC
