Anyone trying FEPI using margin?

Been learning about margin and was quite amazed of the returns FEPI has generated along with maintaining its NAV. Im somehow considering using half own capital and half margin to buy FEPI and earn those sweet divs and preserve my capital alongside.Is anyone else doing it?would it be a good idea?Im new to learning about margin and would love to know if doing this would be good idea as I believe the divs would pay of margin interest and still provide me with some monthly income.
