So I have 2 different things about this an not sure who is correct. If anyone knows for sure please respond.. So my site NEVER gives 5'S time to do training. They will VTO and whatever else just to avoid it. And when there is 5's time it's spend to completely irrelevant tasks. So because of this I HAVE been doing my KNET training on my own time. I figured if they didn't want you too than it would not be available to do when your not (A) on company time, or (B) using a company device. Where my confusion comes in is, that I have been told you get paid for any time you do KNET training on your own time. It would be nice to get paid for it but I don't care either way. Training is so bad at my site there are several people that have spend months in certain training modules. They really do need to make it a requirement that sites allocate "X amount of time" per week for training. Not just the stupid videos you have to watch several times, or the other bullshit training that pops up on the dolphin app at the worst times.
Thank you
