Last week there was a storm and the power went out. When I and other associates showed up to sort security had locked the doors and told people who walked up to go away. They never sent us an email or message saying building was operational or closed. Our only indication was security locking the doors and telling us to go home.

Our site HR said that the building was operational and associates were going to be late due to the weather, so they are not excusing the shift or compensating for it. In the process of arguing it but I doubt anything comes of it.

Edit: as of 2/13 after almost 2 weeks of constantly annoying them. My sort upt was refunded and compensated
