Hey guys,just posting this hoping this will help you.

After A month of waiting for verification of my dad’s FSA Id, it was verified yesterday. Sadly there is an ongoing issue that even if your account is verified, you are unable to accept the invite from the student.

So I started the application as the parent contributor (the account with No SSN) and invited the student account.And IT WORKED! And I was able to submit the form too!. So try starting the application as the parent first and later add your account which will help you to submit!
