Anyone know which teams do and which teams don't require you to have race weekend driver appearances for sponsorship?

Haas needs at least 10 of them no matter how well I do in the standings and it's starting to shorten my life expectancy lol. Love the little dynasty I'm creating but I don't know how much longer I can stick with a team where one of my drivers is basically guaranteed to crash almost every other race, I'm beginning to seriously consider jumping ship to another organization soon.
