This was an absolutely clown show right from the start. I load into the race, and am unable to change my race strategy. So I am forced to start on softs when other people were able to start on mediums, and I was unable to change my fuel load so I finished the race with more than 2 laps of extra fuel.

About 5 laps into the race after the final chicane, I’m shown the blue flags and asked to cede my position. At this point I’m in 7th place, with the race leader not even half a lap ahead of me. But I give up a position to not get DNF’d, and the blue flag still stays on my screen for a while before finally disappearing. So I gave up a position for nothing.

And I can’t forget to mention the dirty drivers. And not just the people who always stick to the racing line like their life depends on it, and don’t leave the space for other cars that are side-by-side. But multiple drivers that survive the first lap carnage who start break checking, blocking and bumping into you if you try to pass, and even a couple attempts to ram into other cars trying to make a corner. I think there were three DQ’s from people accruing too many penalty points.

And among all that, I stick it out to finish in 4th place, and then get an error saying the results couldn’t be saved. All the nonsense that just happened, for nothing. This is ridiculous, and Codies/EA need to get it together.
