In 2015, have any juniors made a successful jump from karts to a non-entry-level single-seater category?
Post Body

Customarily, junior drivers have transitioned from karts to low-power, low-aero categories, including Formula 4, Formula BMW, and Formula Ford. Recently, we have had a few drivers make an immediate jump to a slightly higher category, such as Formula Renault 2.0 or Formula 3. For example, Charles Leclerc went straight into FR2.0 last year and finished 2nd in the Alps series, which he has now followed up with a very impressive first season in Formula 3 Euro. Max Verstappen made a similar jump, depending how you view his appearance in the Florida Winter Series. Pedro Piquet also had a very successful first full season in single-seaters, winning Brazilian F3 in 2014, although he had dabbled in some other categories.

Are there any drivers who have achieved similar in 2015? It seems to me that all the rookies in FR2.0 categories have done quite poorly this year, but maybe there is someone I am missing.
